How to Volunteer for Gawad Kalinga in Iligan

You still can help the Sendong survivors, one way is by building their homes.

We have different types of Volunteers:

Who may help us build the relocation of the survivors at Sta. Elena. The first one which is part of the Bayani Challenge is a Team composed of 15 members. Be sure that your team has skilled workers like 2 Masons and 2 Carpenters. You’re team are allowed to build a maximum of two houses for 5 days.

The second one is what we called the BAYANI BUILDERS where a team can build a maximum of 20 houses in 30 days.

The next one are those who cannot build a team and are not interested in building or in finishing the house but are willing to help in some activities in the field.

If you are interested, send a message to Jun Dumaug your email address and your telephone number so that I will include you in our mailing lists of volunteers and be scheduled for an orientation. Our timeline here is from January 25 up to June 25 of this year to finish the houses.
