I found this health information about leptospirosis symptoms posted near the Tambo Bus Terminal. I saw the several similar tarpaulin hanged at the fence of ICECS.
I believe there are several hundreds of such posters scattered around Iligan City, especially in areas affected by Sendong.
Leptospirosis usually occurs after every flood. This illness is caused by contaminated water with rat urine.
The following are symptoms of Leptospirosis, if you or know of somebody has experience any following, better see the doctor quickly.

3. Sakit sa bagtak, kaunoran, kasukasuan (bone joints) ug sa ulo
4. Gapamula ang mata sa ubang pasyente
5. Ga yellow o dalag ang color sa pamanit ug mata
6. Medyo brown ang color sa ihi
7. Gamay ra ang kadaghanon sa ihi
8. Grabe nga sakit sa ulo
Kung imo nabuhat ni:
1. Ning Salum o naligo sa baha o aksidenteng nana inom sa tubig baha
2. Ni salum sa baha bisan walay samad
3. Nag sige salum o naligo sa baha na naay samad o walay samad
4. Rescue personnel, military personnel or health workers na ning salum sa baha
