My friend went to Orchids Homes, who a few day after typhoon Sendong struck Iligan City, took this photo of Boy Basilio’s dilapidated car.
I could vouch for my friend’s honest reputation, besides he was with another friend who happens to be my friend when he shot this with his phone. He called this friend to check what he just shot.
In my view, it looked like a side view of a woman with long hair, wearing a coloured home dress also known as duster.
